Most times, we are more than able to accommodate your request. Families, friends, wedding parties, co-workers - you'll all enjoy Muskoka's Incredible Race. We can also fully customize your experience based on your group's needs and interests. Just ask! *Additional fees may apply, depending on the level of customization involved. Note: All challenges are designed to suit a diverse range of abilities and ages and have been modified to suit physical distancing and sanitary expectations related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cancelation Policy

For small groups (less than 15 people): Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a race. A $50 administration fee will be charged if races are cancelled within 24 hours and another group has not replaced you. If weather is the issue, please contact us (muskokasincrediblerace@gmail.com) and we'll make every effort to reschedule your adventure! For large groups (15 or more people): The Muskoka’s Incredible Race adventure involves a wide variety of equipment and staff. We strive to provide you with a fun, interactive and safe experience and to that end, we need to commit to hiring a considerable number of staff and arranging equipment for larger groups well ahead of your event. For large groups (15 or more people), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final numbers need to be confirmed at least 3 days before your event. Your remaining balance will be based on this number. Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before your event. If you cancel between 3-7 days before your event, a $50 administration fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before your event, a $100 administration fee will be charged.
