After being given a map of the location of the challenges, teams will move from Avery Beach Park down a beautiful trail to River Mill Park in downtown Huntsville, . En route, they will participate in at least twelve different Muskoka-related challenges that are supported by local activity hosts.
The summer version involves everything from dressing up like an Algonquin Park animal to hopping on a sit-on-top kayak to testing your camping skills!
All challenges are designed to suit a diverse range of abilities and ages.
Bring your group of 2 to 60 people. Friends, families, wedding parties and co-workers - you'll all enjoy Muskoka's Incredible Race!
*Note that if you don't see enough spaces on the online booking form for the size of your group or if it looks like a session is full, contact us! We can often accommodate more people but need to book more staff.

What does it cost?
5 people or less - $69 CAD/person (taxes included)
6-30 people - $59 CAD/person (taxes included)
30+ people - $49 CAD/person (taxes included)
Kids ages five and under are free and are welcome to come along! Pets, too, as long as they are on a leash.
School groups (with no water activities and a shortened route):
$30 CAD/student (taxes included)
Payment in full is required by 8:00 p.m. the evening before your event for small groups (less than 15 people), as staff is hired and equipment arranged ahead of time.
A 50% deposit is required for groups of 15 or more people at the time of booking, with the remaining payment due three days before your event. Please see our cancellation policy below for more details.
Fun! At least 12 challenges will be included in your race. All equipment is provided. Unique to Muskoka’s Incredible Race, all of the challenges will be led by local activity hosts. Photos of your adventure will be provided to you for free.

HOw much in advance do we have to book a race?
Please let us know by 8:00 p.m. the day before your event. Please give us as much notice as possible for larger groups (5+), so that we can coordinate staff.
where you'll be
The winter race starts at Avery Beach Park in Huntsville and ends at River Mill Park in beautiful downtown Huntsville. Free parking is available at Avery Beach Park.
We are able to customize various components of the race to better reflect your needs. We are also able to bring Muskoka's Incredible Race to you (at your home, cottage or resort). Just ask! Additional fees may apply and are dependent on the level of customization, equipment required and distance travelled.
Small groups (15 people or less): In order to receive a full refund, please let us know 24 hours before the day of the race if you are unable to participate. Within the 24 hour window, a $50 cancellation fee will apply if no other group books the race on that day.
Large groups (15 people or more): A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final numbers need to be confirmed at least 3 days before your event. Your remaining payment will be based on this number.
Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before your event. If you cancel between 3-7 days before your event, a $50 administration fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before your event, a $100 administration fee will be charged.

Programs run rain, shine (or snow!). Bookings may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions.
